Vibriosis, caused by vibrio bacteria, has long been one of the serious threats to the industry of aquaculture. We adopted the bacterial strain from the FRI—Bacillus pumilus D5—via technology transfer, is a powerful anti-vibrio probiotic that can reduce the amount of vibrio bacteria both in the breeding environment and inside the bodies of aquatic creatures.
