Dr. Lee, the deputy general director of the ITRI. He has dual doctorates from the University of Tsukuba and National Cheng Kung University. Chairman of the Taiwan Ecological Materials Association, chairman of the Agricultural Machinery Electrification Industry Alliance, and a member of the CNS National Standards Technical Committee. He presided over the national scientific research project on agricultural-industrial cooperation and new agricultural chip innovation between the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture, and led the promotion of technology-assisted agricultural innovation in smart robot and biomass carbon-negative materials.
