Taiwan plays a key role in supplying essential protein and nutrition to its population through livestock products. The future of livestock and aquaculture is increasingly focused on food safety (eliminating chemical antibiotics) and environmental sustainability. Given Taiwan's strong ICT talent and advanced research in medicinal plants, integrating AI and phytogenic feed additives into farming systems is crucial to aligning with global standards.
This forum will explore AI-driven strategies and antibiotic alternatives, bringing together leading industry experts and academic researchers from Taiwan and across the Asia-Pacific region. Our distinguished speakers will share insights into antibiotic-free livestock farming, aquaculture disease prevention, and innovative biotechnologies.
